The aim of the Places for People Work Experience Programme is to equip and support young people (candidates aged 18–24) with the key basic skills and behaviours required for the workplace, and increase their chances of securing employment.

It was important that the identity for this new work experience programme would engage with a dual audience, internal (managers) and the 18–24 year old target market.
